Postage policy. We only post within Australia and all parcels are sent via Australia post with tracking. We aim to post parcels within 7 business days however during busy times of year and sales this timing may be slightly delayed. If your order contains a ‘Pre order’ item, your order wont be posted out until the pre ordered item is ready, we don’t post separately.

Refunds and returns. We don’t offer refunds or returns for change of mind items. As a small business we check every item carefully before posting out. If there is a breakage or damage during transit the damaged item will be replaced, If it is out of stock you will receive a store credit instead.
